⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Required a mobility scooter for a cruise on April 9, 2023 due to a knee injury while awaiting surgery. Rented from this organization and am pleased with the ease of the entire process and the quality of the scooter. Boarded Celebrity Beyond on the 9th and the scooter was already in our cabin at 11am. The scooter performed well, was easy to maneuver and helped me maneuver around the ship with no issues. The return process was easy as all that was required was to leave the scooter in the cabin when we disembarked. I highly recommed this organization for reliabilty, quality of product and ease of rental process. I did notice that one of the small wheels required to navigate over the cabin threshold was in poor shape but did not deter from the overall experience.
